Katherine Heigl always thinks she looks good.
The 'Knocked Up' actress - who is often voted one of the world's most beautiful women - is confident with her appearance whenever she goes out but soon changes her mind when she sees paparazzi shots taken of her.
She said: "I always assume I look better than I actually do. I'll feel pretty good about myself when I leave the house, then I'll see a picture and think, 'C**p, I had no idea that's what I was looking like.' "
Katherine - who shot to fame in US medical drama 'Grey's Anatomy' - also admits she has become a lot more confident with age and has realised her strength as a woman.
The 30-year-old beauty explained to Britain's Marie Claire magazine: "I'm not out burning bras, but I'm very opinionated about women owning their power. I look back at my twenties and see that I was much less confident. You repress how you really feel because society tells us what women think isn't valid, that we're frivolous and shallow."
