Making strides toward a reconstructed image, gangsta rapper Snoop Doggy Dogg has ditched Death Row Records and signed an exclusive recording contract with No Limit. |
"The whole split from Death Row was a very amicable deal," Barbara Pescosolido, a publicist for No Limit told JAMTV on Friday. "There are no hard feelings."
The West Coast rapper will release The Game is to be Sold, not to be Told on August 4 and may tour to support the album this summer, Pescosolido said.
Leaning on an all-star cast of rap and hip-hop talents, Snoop gathered contributions from Silkk the Shocker, Master P and Mia X among others. (Anni Layne)
