(NASHVILLE) - Among the bands announced for the 1998 Roskilde (Denmark) Festival are Deftones, Jon Spencer Blues Explosion, Beastie Boys, Garbage, Ash, Mighty Mighty Bosstones, Finlay Quaye, Bentley Rhythm Ace, Spiritualized and Death In Vegas, as well as leading Danish and Nordic bands.|
Roskilde has also announced the appearance of Kraftwerk in one of two concerts from its original electronic act in 1998. Tickets went on sale for the June event Dec. 1, and about one quarter of the 80,000 offered have been sold.
