The Return Of Rihanna

The Wait Is Ova. Yes, not content with taking over the pop world with her squeaky vocals and rich tunes, Rihanna’s people are now rewriting the English language with the word ‘over’ simply not good enough for them. RealMusic Blog was shocked and saddened to hear about the death of Boyzone star Stephen Gately over the weekend. Police are reporting that there are no suspicious circumstances surrounding his death and his family are strongly denying tabloid reports that Gately choked on his own vomit following a marathon drinking session. Whatever happened though, there’s no doubt it’s a tragic end of a young life that held so much more potential - Gately was in the midst of writing a book and was also riding the wave of a Boyzone revival with the band set to release their new album next year. Here, we look back on some highlights from Gately’s career, including a TOTP performance of his debut single New Beginning, singing with Boyzone, tackling Beyonce’s Single Ladies on tour and also filling the fashion slot on GMTV…
