A Touch of Class
Multinational foursome A Touch of Class originally met at as cast members in a German production of "Cats". It was in Hamburg, Germany that they became A Touch of Class, or ATC, and signed to BMG at the end of the nineties. Under the guiding hand of famous producer Alex Christensen, ATC's catchy Europop was soon at the top of the German charts. Their first single (2000) "Around the World (La La La La La)" went platinum and stayed at No.1 for 7 weeks. Another hit was "My Heart Beats Like a Drum" (2000) from their debut album "Planet Pop".
