5ive!
The British band 5ive comprised Scott Robinson, Sean Conlon, Rich Neville, Jason Brown and Richard Breen and was backed by the same management that gave the world the Spice Girls. 5ive's first 3 singles - "Slam Dunk (Da Funk)", "When the Lights Go Out" and "Got Da Feelin'" - were all well written, brightly produced teen-pop songs, delivered professionally by the members even if not altogether as charismatically as their contemporaries Backstreet Boys and Take That. Their debut album "5ive" was released in 1998 and "Invincible" followed in 2000.
