A producer and rapper hailing from Virginia, Timbaland is no stranger to platinum hits. His debut album with Magoo, Welcome To Our World, sold more than two million copies, and he's produced an impressive string of singles throughout the second half of the '90s. Preferring jumpy, synthesized beats over samples, Tim's signature sound has translated into radio love and consistent success. In 1998 he released Tim's Bio which featured Aaliyah, Mad Skillz, Twista, Ginuwine, and others. He's crafted hit singles for Nas, Jay-Z, Missy Elliot, and Snoop. In 2001, he launched his Beat Club imprint with a bang, unleashing the ridiculously catchy "Ugly" with Bubba Sparxxx. He also hooked up with Magoo again and released Indecent Exposure.
