The Jonzun Crew
Electro group the Jonzun Group comprising Michael, Soni, and Larry Johnson (a.k.a. Maurice Starr) formed in Boston in 1981. During the 80's and early 90's they released a handful of albums, which included singles like "Pack Jam (Look Out for the OVC)", "Space Is the Place", "Space Cowboy" and "We Are the Jonzun Crew". Gordy Worthy and Steve Thorpe joined the brothers at various stages of the group's existence. Starr and Michael (Johnson/Jonzun) sparked off the career of New Edition and New Kids on the Block before Michael went solo for a while.
