The Bucketheads
The Bucketheads was formed in the mid-1990's by the well-seasoned producer Kenny "Dope" Gonzalez, as a studio project, mixing his disco, house, Hip-Hop, freestyle and Latin street music influences. The almost retro-sounding debut album "Dungeon Tapes" was issued on the Positiva label in 1995, to critical acclaim. This success was followed a year later with the album "All in My Mind", solidifying their position in the market. The Bucketheads enjoyed two huge dance hits: 1996's "The Bomb! (These Sounds Fall into My Mind)" and 1997's "Got Myself Together".
