Anyone who has grown up in a cold climate knows the best way to stay warm is to dress in layers. Supergrass adapt that thinking to their music, layering lush guitars, frolicking organs and a cardigan of vocals to create a warm, enveloping pop sound. Like Oasis, they owe much to mid-1960s British Invasion bands.
