Mitchell Froom
The acclaimed producer Mitchell Froom became famous in the early 8’s for his idiosyncratic, envelope pushing style. He started his career as a session keyboardist and released his debut solo LP, “The Key of Cool”, in 1984. His breakthrough as a producer came with the Crowded House’s self titled LP in 1986, establishing him as a rising voice. Froom’s most well known productions included Suzan Vega’s “99.9° F”, American Music Club’s LP “Mercury” and Richard Thompson’s “Daring Adventures”. In 2005 he released a solo LP, “Thousand Days”.
