Major Harris
American singer and guitarist, Major Harris was born in 1947. He emerged on the music scene as a solo artist with the number 1 hit song "Love Won't Let Me Wait", in 1975. His album "My Way" came out in the same year, peaking at number 12 on the Billboard Black Albums chart. In 1976, he followed up with "Jealousy". Also on the Atlantic label, the album brought with it the successful singles "Jealousy", "I Got Over Love" and "Laid Back Love". Other solo album releases for Harris are "How Do You Take Your Love" and "I Believe in Love".
