Loop Troop
The Swedish rap outfit Looptroop started out in 1993. Cosmic, Promoe and DJ Embee met in school and founded the group. Sweden's biggest name in hip-hop released various albums such as "Superstars" (1993), "Threesicksteez" (1995), "From The Waxcabinet" (1996), "Punx Not Dead" (1998), "Modern Day City Symphony" (2000), "The Struggle Continues" (2002) and "Fort Europa" (2005). Between 1996 and 2000 they also issued various EP's on their own label, David vs. Goliath. Looptroop also did a couple of shows with US artists like Xzibit and Arsonists which won them some respect in the US.
