Lee Ritenour
Lee Ritenour was one of the busiest studio guitar players during the 70's and 80's. He played on hundreds of records without drawing much attention to his playing, simply blending into the songs. His few solo efforts, however, revealed a tasteful musician as well as a virtuoso. One of his popular recordings was the LP "Rio", an all-acoustic album recorded by three different trios in three different cities of the world - New York, Santa Barbara and Rio. Each trio brought a fresh touch to the album, still keeping a unified and enjoyable sound.
