Between Darkness And Wonder

Album Review

Lamb's fourth album sounds less like their customary drum 'n' bass-threatened trip-hop and more like an electronica-tinged singer-songwriter album. Louise Rhodes' slanted vocals dominate the proceedings, while Andy Barlow shines on the riveting and inventive "Darkness" and "Stronger," which drip with unresolved tension.
