Indie Rock has fully spilled over into hip-hop, or vice versa -- Har Mar Superstar's rich, lively Disco-style beats and horn-laden Funk is concrete evidence of this. While many champion this blending of musical styles, isn't this really just another case of white kids co-opting black culture (again) and getting too much credit for being "inventive"?
