The Finnish goth rock band H.I.M. (stands for His Infernal Majesty) was formed in 1995 by vocalist Ville Hermanni Valo, bassist Migé Amour, guitarist Lily Lazer, drummer Mikka Karppinen (a.k.a. Gas Lipstick) and keyboardist Zoltan Pluto. Their debut EP “666 Ways to Love” was released in 1996, followed by “Greatest Love Songs, Vol. 666”, which featured a successful cover of Chris Isaak’s “Wicked Game”. Throughout the early 00’s the group released the albums “Razorblade Romance”, “Deep Shadows and Brilliant Highlights” and “Love Metal”. The LP “Dark Light” appeared in 2005.
