Funkstörung, German for "transmission interference", is Christian de Luca and Michael Fakesch. Joining forces in Munich in 1992 the duo founded their own label and remixed the works of artists such as Jean-Michel Jarre and Björk. Over the course of 5 albums, numerous singles and individual releases they have established themselves as a force in the underground electronic music scene producing both minimal dance numbers and cerebral tracks such as the crestfallen “Disconnected”. Their 2005 album, “The Return to the Acid Planet”, was released on !K7 Records.
