Brit-Pop act Echobelly was formed 1992 in London, England by vocalist Sonya Aurora Madan, guitarists Glenn Johansson and Debbie Smith, bassist Alex Keyser and drummer Andy Henderson. The band released the singles “Bellyache” and “I Can't Imagine the World Without Me” prior to issuing their 1994 debut LP “Everybody’s Got One”. On the following year the group recorded the album “On”, featuring the single “Great Things”. Though the album did not sell well in the UK, it became hugely successful in Japan.
