Double Trouble
Famous for being the band of late blues legend Stevie Ray Vaughan, the members of Double Trouble tried to pick up the pieces after the tragic helicopter death of their boss in 1990. The band formed in 1978 around drummer Chris Layton became one of blue rock's tightest outfits and had already seen many line-up changes when Layton tried out different projects with bass man Tommy Shannon after 1990 (The Ark Angels, W.C. Clark). In 2001 they decided to record the album "Been A Long Time" with former singer Lou Ann Barton and other original members.
