Brave Captain
Brave Captain was a guise Martin Carr invented for himself after leaving the Boo Radleys in 1998. Carr wanted to venture out, musically, staying well away from convention. Brave Captain was signed to Wichita Recordings for the 2000 debut EP, "Fingertip Saint Sessions, Vol. I". The full length album "Go With Yourself (Fingertip Saint Sessions, Vol. II)" followed, and was met with unimpressive reviews, mainly due to Carrs strange, weak vocals. "Nothing Lives Long, He Sang, Only the Earth and the Mountains" was released in 2001, then came "All Watched Over By Machines Of Loving Grace" in 2004.
